Alpinism in Argentina

San Carlos de Bariloche is the principal tourist destination in Patagonia, and the capital of adventure tourism in Argentina. Strategically perched on the edge of the Nahuel Huapi National Park, Bariloche is the gateway to a region of mountains, woods and lakes. The geography and location allow us to participate in a wide variety of activities in any season; alpinism, trekking, snowboarding, skiing, sailing, parascending and rock climbing are among the most popular.

It’s a land of lakes, glaciers, rivers and mountains, where the unpredictable Patagonian weather reigns.
